- Lead and manage UI/UX-focused programs across multiple workstreams.
- Develop project plans schedules resource allocation and delivery milestones.
- Manage Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives).
- Identify project risks dependencies and mitigation strategies.
- Track and report program status progress and KPIs to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure user-centered design principles are embedded.
- Facilitate design reviews wireframe discussions and usability feedback loops.
- Ensure alignment between UX UI development content and QA teams.
- Drive consistency in design systems branding and digital experience patterns.
- Coordinate projects involving AEM components templates workflows and content publishing.
- Work with AEM architects and developers to translate business requirements into AEM solutions.
- Support teams in managing authoring workflows and content governance.
- Ensure delivery aligns with AEM best practices and platform capabilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product owners design leaders engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Gather and clarify requirements define scope and ensure alignment.
- Advocate for user experience quality while balancing business priorities and timelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of highquality digital experiences.
- Oversee QA UAT and production rollout of UI/UX features.
- Maintain governance across documentation versioning and process compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery methodologies and workflows.
