- Team rotates benches: -In patients Outpatients and ERD

In this role the Phlebotomist uses approved techniques to collect quality biological samples for laboratory testing from all patient populations (pediatric through geriatric); and performs electrocardiograms (EKGs) for cardiology interpretation all while focusing on the needs of the patient and exemplifying the service excellence goals of care concern respect and cooperation.
Here is what you will need
Required:
- High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education
- Preferred: At least one or two years of experience with heavy volumes
Licensure/Certifications
Preferred:
- CPR must be obtained within 90 days of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Only.
- Phlebotomy certification - Certifying agencies: ASPT American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians NCCT- National Center for Competency Testing NHA National Healthcare Association (CPT) NPA National Phlebotomy Association
