Job Summary
Regions Hospital has an opening in our Inpatient Rehab department for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. This position is part time working 20 hours per week Thursday/Friday then Wednesday/Thursday/Friday with ability to flex up. Two weekend shifts per month on a monthly rotation with one Holiday rotation/year.
Provides direct patient care to adolescent adult and geriatric populations with pediatric care required for some specialty position uses a variety of occupational therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability independence and related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
Th/Fri then W/Th/Fri with ability to flex up.
2 weekend shifts per month on a monthly rotation.
Holiday rotation
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from a two-year accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Licensed/registered/certified with Board of Occupational Therapy and Minnesota Department of Health. CPR Certification (Basic Life Support)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years; Experience in similar settings
- Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position
