Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Consultant with a strong background in Business Analysis to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive project success and deliver value to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
Develop and maintain project documentation including business requirements process flows and use cases.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members in business analysis practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and consultancy.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in Business Analysis with a strong understanding of business processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall).
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP CCBA) are a plus.
