Job Summary
As a Restoration Technician youll be part of a team responding to water and property damage jobs in homes and businesses. Youll help restore properties support customers during stressful situations and keep our equipment and job sites clean and professional.
- Perform water restoration and cleanup work on residential and commercial jobs
- Set up monitor and remove drying equipment
- Keep job sites clean safe and professional
- Maintain company vehicles tools and equipment
- Communicate clearly with your supervisor office staff and teammates
- Follow safety procedures uniforms and company standards
- Treat customers with respect and empathy during difficult situations
- Strong work ethic reliability and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with physical labor in real-world environments (heat humidity tight spaces) lifting 50 lbs and being on your feet most of the day
- Calm respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sites
- Any related background is helpful (moving/pack-outs construction demolition detailing car wash warehouse general labor)
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
- Available for on-call and occasional weekend work
No prior restoration experience We still want to hear from you! Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply and may be considered for a Restoration Technician Assistant role.
- Pay: $20$25/hr (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses
- Total earning potential: $50000$80000/year
- Full-Time or Part-Time available
- On-call and weekends as needed
- Paid training and industry certifications
- Clear path to becoming a Senior Technician and Project Manager
