Overview:
AvePoint is excited to provide the opportunity for an experienced System Administrator who is passionate about integrating a state-of-the-art finance operating system at a fast growing software company.
What your day to day will look like:
- Administer and maintain the OneStream platform including user access security roles and system configurations
- Support monthly quarterly and annual financial close processes ensuring data accuracy consolidation integrity and timely reporting
- Collaborate closely with our implementation partner to lead and support the successful build-out of our OneStream platform.
- Manage and support data integrations (including data loads) between OneStream and source systems; including NetSuite Power BI Cube or dynamic CRM MyHR Greenhouse and Concur
- Attend Scheduled OneStream training sessions
- Perform system troubleshooting and resolve application and data-related issues
- Develop and maintain business rules dashboards reports and cube views to support operational and financial reporting needs
- Partner closely with Finance Human Resources and Analytics teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Support system upgrades patches and enhancements including testing and validation activities
- Ensure data integrity through routine validation reconciliation and quality checks
- Create and maintain system documentation including configurations process flows and user guides
What you will bring to our team:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Systems or a related field
- 25 years of hands-on experience administering OneStream or similar EPM/CPM platforms (e.g. Hyperion SAP)
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation budgeting people cost analysis and reporting processes
- Proven experience building and maintaining cube views dashboards workflows and business rules
- Experience with data integrations and ETL processes
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A consultative solution-oriented mindset. You are always questioning the status quo and finding ways to innovate and elevate where you see opportunities to raise the bar.
- You have a deep sense of personal responsibility strong attention to detail and organization and enjoy juggling many priorities at the same time

The Salary Range for this role is $100000 - $130000. At AvePoint we strive to offer competitive fair and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate with final offers based on location experience skills and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary comprehensive benefits (medical dental vision 401(k) with match unlimited PTO) and depending on the role bonuses commissions or equity (RSUs).
