Position Summary
The Head Appointment Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for our Service Department and plays a critical leadership role in scheduling customer communication and driver coordination. This position ensures smooth daily operations by managing appointments overseeing drivers and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer communication
- Greet customers as they walk in the door and direct them to where they need to go
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Scheduling service appointments
- Manage vehicles towed into dealership
- Manage a small group of pick up and delivery drivers
Qualifications
