Job Summary
Join University Home Care Inc as a aClackson Personal Care Aide in Livonia MI where you will provide compassionate and attentive care to individuals in need assisting them with daily activities to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
- Monitor and report changes in clients health and behavior to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship emotional support and encouragement to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Follow care plans and company policies to deliver consistent and high-quality care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or related field preferred.
- Compassionate patient and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
