Dillons Small Batch Distillers is looking for Sipping Room Associates to join our Hospitality team for Summer 2026. If youre passionate about spirits and cocktails thrive in a fast paced guest environment and bring positive energy to everything you do wed love to meet you. As a Sipping Room Associate youll be at the heart of the Dillons guest experience welcoming visitors leading tastings and tours and helping guests discover the stories and craftsmanship behind our spirits.
What Youll Do
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Welcome guests into the Sipping Room and create a warm engaging and memorable experience.
- Lead guests through guided tastings of ourspirits and bitters collection sharing product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Assist guests with purchases in the Sipping Room retail space.
Education & Tours
- Lead distillery tours educating guests on our production process history and portfolio.
- Confidently answer guest questions and tailor experiences to different knowledge levels.
Team & Operations Support
- Support dayâtoâday hospitality operations alongside the Dillons Hospitality Team.
- Assist with onâproperty events and special experiences as needed.
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming Sipping Room environment.
About You
- 2 years of experiencein retail hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Smart Serve certification required(Ontario).
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage guests.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fastâpaced guestâfocused environment.
- A collaborative enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) is required.
- Interest in cocktails and spirits is an asset well teach you all the ways of Dillons.
