What You Will Do

Lead monthly quarterly and annual close processes
Oversee GL AP/AR reconciliations and payroll coordination
Monitor rent collections tenant receivables and cash flow
Provide clear reporting on NOI EBITDA and property performance
Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts
Maintain internal controls and strengthen financial processes
Assist with lender reporting audits and tax coordination
Partner with GMs and property leaders on cost control and operational performance
Drive process improvements that increase reporting accuracy and shorten close timelines
Develop KPI dashboards and financial insights that support strategic decision-making
Evaluate systems and workflows to improve scalability across entities

Youll Know Youre a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
710 years of progressive accounting experience
Multi-entity and consolidation experience
Background in commercial real estate hospitality or multi-location operations preferred
Strong analytical skills paired with an operational mindset
Experience building or improving accounting infrastructure in a growing organization
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in financial systems or ERPs
Ability to translate financial data into clear guidance for non-finance leaders
