This is not a back-office role - youll partner directly with leadership to ensure financial clarity cash discipline and strong asset performance across a diverse real estate and operating portfolio.

What You Will Do

  • Lead monthly quarterly and annual close processes

  • Oversee GL AP/AR reconciliations and payroll coordination

  • Monitor rent collections tenant receivables and cash flow

  • Provide clear reporting on NOI EBITDA and property performance

  • Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts

  • Maintain internal controls and strengthen financial processes

  • Assist with lender reporting audits and tax coordination

  • Partner with GMs and property leaders on cost control and operational performance

  • Drive process improvements that increase reporting accuracy and shorten close timelines

  • Develop KPI dashboards and financial insights that support strategic decision-making

  • Evaluate systems and workflows to improve scalability across entities

Youll Know Youre a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

  • 710 years of progressive accounting experience

  • Multi-entity and consolidation experience

  • Background in commercial real estate hospitality or multi-location operations preferred

  • Strong analytical skills paired with an operational mindset

  • Experience building or improving accounting infrastructure in a growing organization

  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in financial systems or ERPs

  • Ability to translate financial data into clear guidance for non-finance leaders

  • Bonus: Experience with mixed-use assets event-driven revenue models or commercial tenant receivables
