Position Summary
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced music festival environment. This role requires excellent customer service skills the ability to work efficiently under high-volume conditions and strict adherence to alcohol service laws and company policies.
This is a seasonal role from February 19 2026 and will end on June 19 2026.
This role pays an hourly rate of $10.98 and is tip eligible
This position will remain open until May 22 2026.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
Restock inventory and supplies throughout the event
Follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines
Provide friendly professional customer service to all guests
Work collaboratively with barbacks supervisors and event staff
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous bartending experience preferred especially in high-volume settings
Ability to work long hours on feet in outdoor environments
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
TABC or state-required alcohol certification (if applicable)
Must be available to work evenings weekends and holidays
