We recently closed a $30M Series B (led by top-tier Silicon Valley investors) following a year where our business grew 8x. We are a tight-knit team of 30 based in San Franciscos Financial District and we are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us define the new standard for understanding people.

The Role

In this role you wont just be writing code; you will be a key architect of our user experience. You will collaborate directly with our CTO and CEO to translate complex AI interactions into intuitive world-class interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the founders to influence technical decisions and the long-term product roadmap.
Frontend Architecture: Design develop and optimize user-friendly interfaces using React and .
Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead frontend projects from initial conception through production deployment ensuring high scalability and reliability.
Component Excellence: Build robust responsive components that integrate seamlessly with backend services and APIs.
UX Innovation: Enhance user experiences through real-time data visualization and interactive elements.
User-Centric Development: Interface directly with our enterprise users to gather feedback understand pain points and iterate on UI/UX.

Requirements

Experience: 3 years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade frontend systems.
Technical Stack: Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript React and .
System Design: Proven track record of building scalable responsive web applications.
API Integration: Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Design Sensibility: A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for best practices.
Bonus Points: Familiarity with real-time data visualization WebRTC or frontend performance optimization.
