Sealy Mattress Middle East a leader in the premium bedding sector is committed to delivering the highest quality sleep products to our customers throughout the MENA region. As a family-owned operation affiliated with Sealy Inc. since 1990 we have gained a reputation for excellence and innovation in the mattress industry. With our state-of-the-art production facility located in Jeddah Saudi Arabia we proudly manufacture and distribute Sealy Crown Jewels and Stearns & Foster mattresses. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Retail Salesmen to join our team who will play a crucial role in providing customers with an exceptional shopping this role you will be responsible for engaging customers demonstrating our products and answering inquiries all while promoting a brand that stands for quality and comfort. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right bedding products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our product lineup including features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics through effective selling techniques.
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow up with clients post-sale.
- Participate in promotional events and product training to stay updated on new offerings.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a positive and cohesive working environment.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in retail sales preferably in consumer goods or home furnishings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- A strong desire to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales tracking.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
- 25 to 35 years old
