Get-e travel-tech company is looking for a proactive and detail-orientedClient Services Intern to help elevate our customer care processes. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience learn from senior specialists and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Help organize and manage customer complaints.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Support reporting data analysis and process improvements.
- Assist with account management tasks and portal queries.
Your profile
