Job Title: Biologics Platform Development Leader

Location: Zug Switzerland

Galderma is seeking an experienced scientific leader to drive our global biologics and injectable platform this highimpact role you will guide a network of subjectmatter experts across multiple sites and shape the technical capabilities needed to support our expanding product pipeline.

What Youll Do

Provide global technical leadership for injectable/biologics platform technologies partnering closely with Process Science and MSAT teams.
Define and implement platform strategy in collaboration with stakeholders across Supply Chain R&D Quality Engineering and Operations.
Serve as a key member of the Process Sciences Leadership Team representing PMS&T across the enterprise.
Offer strategic direction for biologics technology evolution supporting business and portfolio needs.
Act as the primary PMS&T contact for biologics platforms connecting with internal teams external manufacturers and site SMEs.
Maintain and evolve tools and standards for facilityfit assessments working closely with Technology Transfer leaders.

Who You Are

8 years of relevant experience.
Masters degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering Chemistry Pharmacy Biotechnology or a related field.
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
