What Youll Do
- Review and analyze business and financial information including credit reports bank agreements and financial statements.
- Evaluate risk quality and ensure underwriting decisions align with internal guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with agents brokers and internal teams.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
- Manage a diverse set of responsibilities with strong organization and follow-through.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to agency partners.
- Make timely informed underwriting decisions using sound judgment.
- Operate with integrity accountability and professionalism.
- Stay informed on industry trends market conditions and regulatory developments.
- Utilize independent decision-making to support business goals and profitable growth.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred fields of study: Finance Accounting Business or related disciplines.
- 3 years of relevant experience (surety credit analysis financial analysis construction finance underwriting etc.).
- Strong analytical communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned regional territory.
- Comfort working in a hybrid office environment.
