We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Full-Time Forklift Operator position joining our North East Maryland team!
- HOURLY RATE: Starting at $17.20/hour - $21.00/hr shift differential!
- SCHEDULE: Sunday-Thursday
- SHIFT: 9pm-6am
- Additional hours may be required due to business demands.
- Opportunity for overtime pay; any hours worked over 40

Key Responsibilities
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Driving a forklift loading trailers picking orders to palletize stacking boxes wrapping pallets and working with direct ship programs.
- Position forklifts lifting platforms or other materials and transport load into the designated area.
- Loads or unloads stacks of materials on pallets skids or lifting devices.
- Weighs materials or products and record weight on tags labels or production schedules.
- Perform safety inspections on forklifts document the inspection and submit the inspection report to the supervisor.
- Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system including production orders materials and finished goods.
- Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data including production status material usage and equipment maintenance.
- Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system including raw material consumption machine usage labor hours and quality control data.
- Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
- Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:
- Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a stable work history with good references.
- Prior forklift or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Must be able to read write understand and speak English.
- Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat and occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts high precarious places and fumes or airborne particles.
