Director, Enterprise Technology

As the Director Enterprise Technology employee satisfaction with QTS IT is your mission. You will be responsible for the strategic direction planning execution and support of QTSs enterprise applications portfolio. You will lead mentor and set the strategy for three teams: Enterprise IT (responsible for end user support laptops mobile devices AV and Microsoft 365 ecosystem) the ServiceNow team and associated SDLC and a business application support team. You will also collaborate with other IT leaders business stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment of enterprise applications with QTSs business goals IT strategy and industry best other duties may be and implement a vision and roadmap for enterprise applications that supports QTSs growth innovation and digital transformation the next generation interface for employees to interact with IT; comfort with deploying/integrating AI and LLMs is a mustManage the delivery maintenance and enhancement of enterprise applications ensuring high availability reliability performance security and user the governance architecture design development testing deployment and integration of enterprise and enforce standards policies procedures and best practices for enterprise applications ensuring compliance with QTSs internal controls audit requirements and industry the budget resources vendors and contracts related to enterprise applications ensuring optimal utilization cost-effectiveness and value coach and develop a team of talented and motivated IT professionals fostering a culture of collaboration accountability innovation and customer and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders understanding their needs expectations and feedback and ensuring alignment of enterprise applications with business priorities and that all new applications to the QTS suite of tools are inventoried and with lines of business on identifying use cases and requirements and assisting them with finding the right tool and process for the jobStay abreast of emerging technologies trends and best practices in the enterprise applications domain and evaluate their applicability and potential benefits for strategic guidance thought leadership and subject matter expertise to senior management and other IT QTS IT to the next level while providing coaching and mentoring to reporting managers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.10 years of progressive experience in managing enterprise applications preferably in a data center or managed service provider environment.10 years of experience in leading and managing teams of IT professionals including hiring performance management coaching and and Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies including administration configuration integration migration and with in ServiceNow platform including development customization implementation and support of various modules and in managing various business applications such as ERP CRM BI HRIS etc. preferably in a cloud-based in applying agile methodologies tools and practices to enterprise applications development and in managing vendors contracts and service level agreements for enterprise knowledge of IT governance architecture design development testing deployment and integration principles and practices for enterprise knowledge of IT security compliance and risk management standards and frameworks for enterprise business acumen analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs and objectives into technology communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical leadership collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior management business stakeholders IT peers and team QUALIFICATIONSMicrosoft and/or ServiceNow certifications are with Atlassian suite of toolsMBAAgile/ScrumKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIESRelationships Build valuable relationships with people facts and context.
