*2 days/week at Williamsburg location and 3 days/week at Hampton location

Overview
Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures. Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Initiates develops and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external team members patients and family members to improve patient outcomes. Productive and efficient in daily operations. Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures. Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.
Valid license required in state of practice.
Education
- MLD Masters Level Degree Speech Pathology
Certification/Licensure
- Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP) Virginia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
Experience
- 2 years of experience (required)
