About the role:
Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support the smooth operation of the services.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry on computer systems maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
Collaborate closely with our team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to service users in Bradford and Keighley
Act as a key liaison for communication within the team and with external partners.
Contribute proactively to team meetings and discussions offering insights to enhance our services and processes.
Take on additional administrative duties as required to support the organisations objectives.
Inputting data into SystmOne.
Deliver a welcoming front-of-house experience while providing efficient back-office support to service teams.
About you...
Professional and approachable attitude
The ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
Have excellent organisational and communicational skills.
Reception/admin experience and/or skills is desirable.
