We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator who canprovide supervision to Support at Home program Community Support Workers (CSW) as well as providing high-level administration support and service coordination to the Support at Home this role you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders toensure a high quality of service is arranged and provided in accordance with the BSL Participant needs and preferences.
Salary: $78862.07 per annum based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time employment)
