• Assist in HR Onboarding activities
• Contribute to the administration and processing of benefits claims
• Participate in ad-hoc projects pertaining to Human Resources and/or officewide issues
• Enhance your HR skills and knowledge
• Get involved in process improvement initiatives
• Learn every day through a full induction on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

Requirements:

To transform your tomorrow with a WTW internship youll need to be:

• Seeking to be a full-time intern for 5-6 months
• In your penultimate or final year of university
• Studying for a degree inBusiness Management Communications Human Resources Psychology Data Science Economics Finance Mathematics Statistics Multimedia Arts or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
• Proficient in Adobe (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere etc.) or other designing tools (Canva Figma etc.)
• A strong communicator with excellent organizational and work-planning skills
• A quick learner who is keen to solve challenging technical problems.
• A natural team player with a can-do attitude

While not essential experience in facilitating and hosting events would be advantageous.

Workstyles:

Were open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
