RESPONSIBILITY |
- Assist the Project team in handling tenders quotations
- Preparing ironmongery schedules for assigned projects
- Coordinator the permanent key and master key hand over to user on site
- Work together with our project sales team to ensure that the bills of quantities are promptly updated and assist in the preparation of project scheduling and installation of sample boards and mock-up samples as may be required
- Work closely with our logistics support team to ensure that our deliveries are properly and promptly delivered according to schedule
- Assist the finance department in the follow-up payment from customers by ensuring that all necessary documentation especially on project progress claims are submitted according to schedule and on time
- Liaise closely between customers and our sales logistics finance support teams to maximize and enhance customer service levels especially where product installation/repair is necessary
- Liaise with ASSA ABLOY personnel to maximise customer service levels
- Promptly and competently attend to all customers enquiries and complaints
- Any other tasks assigned by the company from time to time
