The Learning Facilitation Professional conducts or facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences. The Learning Facilitation Professional work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.Required Qualifications
- Experience as medical assistant
- 2 or more years of training or learning development experience in the healthcare field.
- Experience Supporting Medicare
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook PowerPoint Microsoft Project
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree
- Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles
- Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a wide audience.
- Experience managing projects or processes

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
