Job Summary
Your mission
- Support the assessment and management of all contractual claims both incoming and outgoing involving clients and subcontractors.
- Diligently collect organize and analyze critical documentation including contracts correspondence and technical reports to support claim efforts.
- Maintain comprehensive claims registers and administrative records ensuring meticulous filing and archiving of all claim-related communications.
- Assist in the preparation of formal claim notifications rebuttals and settlement agreements under senior guidance.
- Coordinate seamlessly with various internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and obligations.
- Contribute to dispute resolution processes and the identification of contractual risks within solar energy projects.
Your profile
- Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration Engineering or a closely related field.
- 24 years of experience in contract management legal support project administration or claims handling.
- Foundational knowledge of commercial contracts contractual obligations and key contract law principles.
- Familiarity with solar energy projects photovoltaic (PV) systems and related infrastructure is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C2) for both written and spoken communication.
- Possesses analytical thinking strong organizational skills and an eagerness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
