Overview
Role Purpose: Act as the End-to-End Supply Chain Business Partner to the O&S and Banner teams for all supply chain planning requirements related to their allocated category. Deputises for the Head of International Supply as required. Responsible for managing supply chain performance across existing ranges and the design & implementation of new ranges in addition to owning the supply chain relationship & performance of allocated Warsaw BO OEB vendors. |

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Primary direct interface to Warsaw BO OEB Vendors Market Supply and Offer and Sourcing teams for a group of categories
- Accountable for smooth operation of the supply plans and acts as a senior escalation point for colleagues in O&S S&L and the Banners for any serious/complex disruptions supply/availability or range implementation
- Accountable for the development and delivery of the supply chain elements of the Warsaw BO strategy
- Define and execute the Collaboration Strategy and agenda for the OEB Warsaw BO and targeted international vendors
- Leads strategic supply chain reviews with OEB Warsaw BO and targeted international vendors where forward vendor capacity is assessed vs future forecasts
- Accountable for maximising efficiency and reducing costs whilst maintaining stock availability for a group of categories
- Works collaboratively within Group SC community on new ranges implementations
- Leads regular (monthly) Category Performance reviews where performance (sales availability & stock) as well as vendor performance are reviewed and action plan defined
- Provides ongoing leadership to create supply experts within the category
- Coaches motivates and develops a team of Specialists
- Contributes to performance reviews (post implementation) to support and improve Banner reactions to sales and stock availability
- Travel to vendor and Banner sites up to 30%

- Proven experience in managing End to end Supply chain operations
- Proven experience in leading teams in the above-mentioned environments
- Proven experience in managing vendor performance
- Experience in working in a commercial environment
- Experience of managing stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Ability to engage cross functionality and across cultural boundaries
- Intermediate level of Critical Data & Information Analysis.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent deliverables
- Degree holder or above preferably in business supply chain or Logistics
