Description:
Responsible for furnishing medicine services as reasonably required for patient care and the operation of the Department. Advanced Practice Provider shall render services to patients in a competent professional and ethical manner.
Position Requirements:
A: Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current and valid license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Possess current unrestricted federal and Pennsylvania permits to prescribe medications including controlled substances.
- Be a member in good standing of Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital Staff
B: Education:
- Hold a degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution
