Job Description

Fiber Tower Operator 1:

The Production Operator is responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing machines to assemble and process products covering the full machine lifecycle from setup through long production runs. The role works under direct supervision and ensures products are manufactured safely accurately and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.


Your role:

  • You will set up operate and monitor manufacturing machines tools and equipment performing standard and complex production tasks in line with Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.

  • You will monitor equipment performance and product output conduct testing record production data and ensure quality specifications and tolerances are consistently met.

  • You will maintain accurate production and maintenance records ensuring proper documentation and traceability for manufacturing performance analysis.

  • You will maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety environmental and security practices including lockout and shutdown procedures.

  • Working shifts:

    • Training period (46 months):

      • First Shift: 5:00 a.m. 1:30 p.m. (MondayFriday)

      • Second Shift: 1:00 p.m. 9:30 p.m. (MondayFriday)

    • After training:

      • 12hour rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation

Youre the right fit if:

  • Youve acquired 1 year of experience operating complex manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines screw machines or similar automated production machinery.

  • Your skills include machine setup and operation quality monitoring precision machining digital recordkeeping and adherence to Environment Health and Safety standards.

  • You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Training or an equivalent level of education.

  • Youre a reliable detailoriented team player who is comfortable working shiftbased schedules including extended and rotating shifts with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.


This role is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs CO is $16.37 to $26.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Additional Information

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position you must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs CO.
