Job Summary
Monitoring day-to-day Import/Export operations from initiation to completion. Perform and coordinate customs clearance activities updates
Manage and coordinate customs brokerage operations and the import of materials and equipment.
Ensure full compliance with applicable customs laws and regulations.
Track review and improve the performance of Freight Forwarders CHAs and Transporters in compliance.
Ensure effective and efficient service levels driving continuous improvement through cost optimization and process enhancements.
Prepare MIS reports in Excel for Freight Forwarders Transporters and CHAs; organize and participate in MBRs and QBRs.
Prepare clear and concise presentations using PowerPoint for management and business reviews.
Participate in weekly coordination calls with the Asia-Pacific region.
Support reporting activities and track achievements aligned with business objectives and required outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to deliver excellence in all logistics-related activities.
Monitor analyze and report commercial costs directly associated with logistics operations.
Actively contributes to cost-reduction initiatives.
Comply with all internal rules procedures and regulatory requirements. Effective execution of company policies and procedures relating to logistics (including but not limited to safety and ethics).
