Job Summary

Position: Senior Project Manager - Nuclear
Location: Pickering ON (Onsite)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay:$90.00 - $100.00 p/h inc. HST

Deliverables

Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering project modifications and site maintenance activities within a multi-unit nuclear generating facility.
Oversee full project lifecycle delivery including scope definition design coordination scheduling cost control material management contract oversight and quality assurance.
Optimize project execution through strategic planning budgeting resource allocation performance monitoring and variance analysis.
Provide technical oversight proposal review surveillance activities stakeholder coordination and staff development to ensure safe compliant and efficient project outcomes.

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects within nuclear generating or highly regulated industrial environments.
Proven experience supervising and developing professional and technical staff including performance management and work planning.
Strong experience with project management tools methods cost control scheduling and contract administration.
Experience preparing budgets cost estimates financial justifications and analyzing cost variances.
Valid nuclear security clearance in good standing with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and stakeholders while working independently.
