Job Title: Rotational Molding Operator (B Operator)
Are you a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Rotational Molding Operator to join our production this role you will be part of a collaborative crew responsible for creating high-quality plastic products through the rotational molding process.
Whether you are looking to start a career in manufacturing or have previous experience we provide the training and environment needed for you to succeed.
What Youll Do
As a Rotational Molding Operator you will handle the end-to-end process of part production from preparing molds to finishing the final product.
Machine Setup & Operation: Prepare molds by cleaning them adding inserts applying graphics and ensuring the correct resin and pigment weights are used per work orders.
Production & Finishing: Remove parts from molds at the designated time; trim de-flash and repair products to meet customer specifications.
Quality Assurance: Visually inspect every part for defects like warpage blow holes or contamination. You will be responsible for rejecting non-conforming items to ensure only the best products reach the customer.
Maintenance & Efficiency: Assist with mold changes ensure machine arms are properly balanced and suggest ways to improve workflow and shop efficiency.
Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean organized workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
What Were Looking For
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience is requiredwe are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.
Technical Skills: Ability to use basic hand tools and air impacts. Experience operating a forklift or overhead crane is a plus (training provided).
Math Skills: Basic ability to add subtract multiply and divide three-digit numbers.
Reliability: A strong sense of personal accountability regarding attendance and workmanship.
Physical Requirements & Environment
Manufacturing is a physical job. To be successful you should be comfortable with the following:
Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
Stamina: Standing for long periods and performing repetitive movements.
Climate: Working in an environment with temperature fluctuations (hot/cold) and noise.
Safety Gear: Compliance with safety standards and a dress code consisting of jeans a t-shirt and closed-toe shoes.
