Position Description
We are looking for an experienced Segregation of Duties (SoD) Privileged Access Specialist to support the design enhancement and implementation of SoD controls specifically for privileged access. The specialist will work closely with IAM PAM Security and Compliance teams to ensure effective access governance aligned with regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Review and understand existing SoD framework and the newly defined SoD approach for privileged access.
Implement pre-designed SoD rules for privileged accounts across the organization.
Propose additional SoD rulesets based on business security and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with PAM teams to align SoD rules with leading tools such as CyberArk BeyondTrust or Thycotic.
Update SoD procedures supporting documents and operational guidelines to reflect the enhanced privileged access model.
Engage with stakeholders across IT security risk and compliance to ensure smooth adoption and enforcement of SoD policies.
Support internal and external audit requirements related to access control and segregation of duties.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience designing or managing SoD rule frameworks specifically for privileged access.
Hands-on knowledge of leading PAM solutions (e.g. CyberArk BeyondTrust Thycotic).
Strong understanding of IAM principles RBAC least privilege and access governance.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to financial services including BaFin and European Central Bank guidelines.
Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to Have
Experience in risk management internal audit or compliance.
Prior work in large financial institutions or regulated environments.
