We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in Genesys technology to lead and deliver technical projects end-to-end.

Key Requirements

Minimum 10 years of project management experience
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Genesys technology
Proven experience managing full project lifecycle

Responsibilities

Lead planning execution and delivery of Genesys projects
Coordinate with PMO data teams and business stakeholders
Manage timelines risks scope and issue resolution
Maintain documentation reporting and communication plans
Ensure technical feasibility governance compliance and quality standards
Use project management tools to track progress and ensure accountability
