Cooks Summary:
Ourcooks maintain outstanding customer service in processing ordersquickly accurately and efficiently safeguard company assets clean foodpreparation equipment and work area and organize load and unload inventoryand put merchandise away. Prepare food for customers prep and maintain properlevels of food for shifts. Grill Cook tasks may include ensuring thatingredients are stored properly and maintaining an inventory of food and otheritems needed for the grill addition to preparing grilled foods agrill cook may also fry bake or microwave meat and poultry as part of theirduties. They may also cut or carve meat assemble measure and mix otheringredients for dishes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Creates a positive work environment while striving to fulfill and execute ourMission Statement
Follows and maintains food safety HACCP process
Daily communication with upper management
Monitoring quality and cleanliness of food and store environment
Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor Core Competencies

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Ability to speak and read English (second language is a plus). Ability to communicate effectively with external customers required.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift-up to 30-80 pounds
