The Rural Health Research Institute (RHRI) is seeking an organised and proactive Administration Officer to provide high level administrative and operational support across the this pivotal role you will deliver assistance to the Executive Director manage day-to-day office operations and ensure seamless administrative workflows that underpin the Institutes research and strategic activities. You will also support key governance functions including the RHRI Advisory Board and contribute to continuous improvement of systems processes and business operations.

You are an experienced and capable administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting a diverse range of activities. You will bring;

  • Exceptional organisational skills strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Clear and confident communication skills the ability to build positive working relationships and proficiency in administrative systems supporting purchasing invoicing reporting and records management.
  • A proactive mindset a commitment to continuous improvement and a dedication to contributing to the smooth and effective functioning of the Rural Health Research Institute.
