Schedule Details
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holidays: 3 out of 6 required
On-Call: Not required
Float Requirement: N/A
Unit Type: LDRP
(Labor Delivery Recovery Postpartum)
Nurses may receive labor postpartum antepartum or nursery assignments based on unit needs.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and assist providers with clinical care
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions
Accurately document patient care per clinical standards
Support evidence-based and patient-centered care practices
Provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery or related specialty
ASN required (BSN preferred)
Active New Jersey RN License or Compact License
AHA BLS Certification
NRP Certification
