Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pega CDH Developer with strong Decisioning expertise to support a large-scale enterprise engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (v24.x) Next Best Action design predictive analytics and enterprise integrations. This role requires hands-on technical leadership in designing implementing and optimizing decisioning strategies within a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of business processes rules and decisioning strategies
Develop and enhance Next Best Action frameworks and predictive models (Adaptive Predictive VBD)
Build and update decision components (decision tables scorecards filters strategy sets ranking switches)
Design class structures data models and extend Pega frameworks
Develop integration components aligned with business requirements
Evaluate impact of change requests and update design documentation
Support deployment code merges and testing activities within Pega 24.x
Collaborate across business and technology teams in an Agile/SAFe environment

Required Qualifications

7 years of Pega development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Pega CDH v24.x
Pega Certified LSA and CPDC certifications
5 years designing decisioning strategies analytical models propensities scoring and offer lifecycle management
Experience with API integrations (Azure preferred) and secure file transfer technologies
Hands-on experience with GitHub RTC and automation tools
Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PostgreSQL Oracle IBM DB2
Experience with Salesforce Marketing or Service Cloud
Familiarity with AWS-based integrations and SaaS marketing platforms
Experience with IVR technologies (e.g. Avaya Cisco) or chatbot integrations
