Experimentation skills (MLflow Optuna etc.)
Proven production ML delivery (MLOps CI/CD)
Cloud native deployment experience (Azure/Databricks preferable)
Ability to bridge data science and engineering teams
A nice to have: experience productionizing Gen AI models.
