Job Summary

Job Title: MT/MLT

Job Description:

Perform routine and semi-specialized tests in Hematology Clinical Biochemistry Immunoassay and Urinalysis.
Operate automated analyzers and laboratory equipment.
Validate and report test results accurately.
Identify and escalate critical values as per protocol.
Receive label centrifuge and process samples as per SOP.
Ensure proper specimen storage and handling.
Monitor sample integrity and reject unsuitable samples as per policy.
Perform daily internal QC and participate in external quality programs.
Document QC results and take corrective actions when required.
Assist during internal and external audits (NABL / CAP / ISO).
