Job Summary
Were seeking someone to join our Business Continuity team as a Technology Business Analyst in Firm Resilience to lead the development and enhancement of digital products.
In the Technology division we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Business Analysis position at Associate level which is part of the job family responsible for analyzing business processes identifying needs and establishing requirements to enhance efficiency and productivity through a blend of business acumen and analytical skills.

What youll do in the role:
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business strategy.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Assist with managing the product backlog prioritizing features based on value effort and dependencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering design and business stakeholders.
Participate in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
Assist in QA and UA Testing
Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements.
Ensure alignment with compliance security and operational standards.
Support product documentation and training efforts.
What youll bring to the role:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Visio).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent organizational analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results across stakeholder groups.
Ability to work in fast-paced evolving environments.
