Job Summary
About the role
- Permanent full-time role Monday to Friday
- Based at our beautiful and award-winning Karingal Green facility in High Wycombe with travel to other homes as required
- Work with the existing team to plan coordinate and deliver education to an experienced team of care staff
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify the areas of education to focus on
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided and make any necessary improvements
- Deliver education on orientation days for new staff
What youll bring
- An AHPRA Registered Nurse with a proven track record in a Management or Educator role within residential aged care
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is ideal
- Excellent clinical knowledge and a sound understanding of the strengthened standards
- Dynamic proactive autonomous excellent interpersonal skills collaborative computer savvy and has a big picture approach to education
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
