Airbus Helicopters is looking for an IT Digital Workplace Operations Specialist - Event Management Support (m/f) to join the Digital Workplace - Collaboration Services Department based in Marignane France.

You will join the Digital Workplace team within the Information Technology Directorate responsible for all the technologies employees use to perform their duties in todays work environment.
Within Digital Workplace the Collaboration Services team manages both on-premises and cloud applications such as email instant messaging web conferencing event conferencing telephony IT equipment and services for meeting and video conference rooms enterprise social media tools file-sharing applications and productivity tools like Google Workspace.
As part of the Collaboration Services team your role will focus on the RUN BUILD TO RUN and Entry Into Service of Airbus Live support leveraging Google Stream technology. You will also work in close collaboration with the AH communication team and AH site management for event preparation. Additionally you will provide backup support to the Web Conferencing team.
Your main missions will be :
Lead the global health of the Airbus Live service in AH (incident backlog knowledge database completeness incident resolution efficiency request catalog CMDB updates Implementation of Changes SLA fulfillment dashboard creation)
Support and assist the Workspace Product Manager in all Run Build-to-Run and Build activities.
Team up with the Web conferencing team to offer back up the same way the Web Conferencing team will back up your activity when needed.
Define regular improvements in the scope of the activity.
Ensure the proper Entry to Service of any new feature of the applications inside your scope. Regarding this aspect you need to be ready to permanently improve your applications with new releases sometimes developed in house or by the software vendors.
Manage Major Incident resolution process by involving good roles and actors.
Take care of escalations by ensuring quick resolution and ensuring continuous improvement of our processes.
Contribute to regular reviews on Restricted Collaboration routines including participation to PI Planning with the Group weekly team meetings product team meetings
Document the scope of the activity
Manage the relationship with the Service Desk in the scope of the activity
Ensure the proper shift right approach having daily exchanges with the IT Service Desk.
Support the Collaboration Services Architect in building or updating the architecture dossiers of your applications. Furthermore you will help him or her in evaluating new features and technologies connected to your applications.
Participation in the strategic product roadmap of your applications by continuously proposing new ideas to the Collaboration Product Managers. This also includes evolving the service roadmap of your perimeter.
Work closely with the department Change Manager to secure the change management with end users and key stakeholders like VIPs and this aspect it is key to translate the operation requirements into usable guides for the end users and knowledge articles for the Service Desk Agents.
Your profile :
Academic background in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Theoretical understanding of ITIL methodology (incident management change management etc.). Prior exposure to ServiceNow is a significant asset.
Strong interest in video conferencing and collaboration technologies (Google Workspace streaming tools audio/video equipment).
Ability to draft clear user guides and technical procedures.
Ability to understand user needs and design simple effective solutions.
Capacity to monitor KPIs (SLAs) and report on activity via dashboards.
Ability to ramp up quickly in a complex multi-site environment (Marignane Donauwörth Albacete).
Open-mindedness transparency and above all the ability to receive and act on feedback to grow.
A logical and pragmatic approach to technical troubleshooting and unexpected issues.
Fluency in English is mandatory. Ability to work daily with international stakeholders. Knowledge of German or Spanish is an appreciated bonus.
