What Youll Do:
- Oversee and enhance revenue cash flow and treasury processes across multiple store locations
- Ensure accurate stock management financial controls and transactional integrity
- Lead and develop finance teams within a highvolume retail environment
- Prepare and present financial reports budgets and forecasts
- Drive continuous process improvement and support operational decisionmaking
- Partner closely with operations to strengthen financial performance across the region
What You Need to Succeed:
- BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance (essential)
- Strong experience in retail or stockdriven environments
- Proven exposure to hightransaction multistore operations
- Solid leadership communication and analytical problemsolving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highpressure environment
