You will be an inspiring leader in one of our Delivery Stations where you will work to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly accurately and cost-effectively as possible. Along with your peers youll ensure that all workflows run smoothly and that customer expectations are met if not exceeded.
Please note the hours for this role are: 06:30 - 16:30 Sunday - Wednesday.
This opportunity is based at our Delivery Station in Heathwood QLD.

- Youll support mentor and motivate your hourly workforce.
- Youll maintain Health and Safety standards while promoting a Health and Safety culture on-site.
- Youll collaborate with all support teams including Safety Engineering Loss Prevention Quality Assurance Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
- Youll need to push pull squat bend and reach varying weights.
- Youll stand and walk for up to 10 hours during shifts.

Our World-Wide Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. Our Operations workflow has three major components: First mile - where the product is housed and ready for order; Middle mile - where the order is hauled to your area; and Last mile - when the product is delivered to the customers door. Please note that all workflows have slight building variations but one thing is constant: our vision and dedication to the customer.
- 1 years of performance metrics process improvement or lean techniques experience
- 1 years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelors degree in business engineering operations supply chain transportation logistics
