Job Summary
Job Title: Subaru Product Specialist
Location: New Motors Subaru Erie PA
Job Overview:
Are you passionate about cars and love connecting with people Join our team at New Motors Subaru as a Subaru Product Specialist! In this role youll be the go-to expert on Subarus latest features and technology helping new Subaru owners fully understand and enjoy all the capabilities of their vehicle. This position is NOT A SALES position.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with new Subaru owners to review and demonstrate the features of their vehicle.
- Educate customers on how to optimize the functionality and performance of their Subaru.
- Answer questions regarding vehicle technology safety features and general usage.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Subaru products features and updates.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience and ensure customers feel confident with their purchase.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Subaru vehicles and commitment to learning new automotive technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to become a product expert on Subaru models.

Schedule:
40 hour work week with 2 days off per week. Saturday is a scheduled day off Sunday. Choice of weekly day off (example Wednesday) plus Sunday. 9 am start time.
