Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst IMSC NA PIC COE supporting our North America Inventory team. The preferred locations for the role are Titusville NJ Raritan NJ or Horsham PA.

Learn more at Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with IMSC Finance and other parts of the supply chain organization to provide insights to inventory movements into and out of the NA region of IMSC sites
  • Understanding the flow of inventory through our FIFA and JOM models for NA Inventory
  • Leading intercompany workstreams to ensure P&L and balance sheet accuracy
  • Working closely with internal audit PWC and tax and leveraging WWPs to maintain compliance for existing and future processes
  • Maintain close working relationships with adjacent PIC teams (AGP Global Inventory CMO) to partner on interdependent handoffs and deliverables
  • Preparing and booking necessary journal entries and performing balance sheet reconciliations

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelors degree is required preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
  • MBA CPA CMA or other financial certifications are preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles is required.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
  • Experience with SAP Alteryx Tableau and similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Excellent ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail is required.
  • The preferred locations for the role are Titusville NJ Raritan NJ or Horsham PA and may require up to 10% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79000.00 - $127650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).


This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.


Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
