Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Care
Part-Time Overnight Schedule
Off-Campus Client Greensboro Area
As part of the Well-Spring Group which has provided quality care for aging adults for over 25 years Home Care from Well-Spring Solutions delivers personalized one-on-one care to clients in private residential settings throughout the Greensboro community.
We are currently seeking two dependable part-time Certified Nursing Assistants to share an overnight (9:00pm9:00am) schedule for an off-campus client. This opportunity is ideal for CNAs looking for consistent overnight hours while maintaining schedule flexibility.
Schedule & Availability
Overnight shifts: 9:00pm 9:00am
Coverage needed Sunday through Thursday
Schedule may be split between two CNAs

Typical Responsibilities
Follow individualized care plans to provide high-quality client-centered care
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing grooming dressing toileting mobility transfers and incontinence care
Support nighttime routines comfort and safety monitoring
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed
Observe and report changes in client condition to the Home Care Nurse Supervisor
Document care and maintain communication with the care team
What Were Looking For
Active CNA listing in good standing on the NC Nurse Aide Registry
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to safely provide hands-on physical care
Reliable transportation and punctuality for off-campus assignment
Compassionate professional approach to caregiving
