We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This key role serves as the point of contact for our customers and plays an essential part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
-Answer and manage all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
-Schedule all customer estimates and jobs efficiently and accurately
-Coordinate schedule to maximize team productivity and customer satisfaction
-Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Excellent verbal and communication skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
-Friendly professional phone presence
-Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer applications
-Previous administration or scheduling experience a plus.
