We are seeking a highly driven Desktop Support Technician L2 who will provide day to day localremote desktop support receive inbound calls answer questions troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware software and application issues in a ticketing system. The candidate will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center. Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fix fault diagnosis and resolution. Providing fault analysis to customers various core operating systems and platforms as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite. Ideal candidate should have 1-2 years experience in Windows Desktop support.

Requirements
- Serve as first/second-level contact resolving customer issues and maintaining timely communication on status and resolution.
- Collaborate with Third-Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Install upgrade and troubleshoot Windows OS (7-11) Microsoft Office 365 Cisco Jabber and authorized desktop applications.
- Support Mac OS users printers computer hardware and perform preventative maintenance and remedial repairs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity workstation hardware/software and mobile device management (IOS/Android).
- Manage Active Directory GPOs anti-virus solutions and helpdesk ticketing systems while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Demonstrate strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced project-based environment.
- Exhibit excellent communication relationship-building and adaptability in a dynamic IT and customer service role.

Required Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. Experience: Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer Technical Support Engineer or similar role. Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 & 11 Office 365 OneDrive Intune and ServiceNow. Experience working with Walk-in IT Service Centers and providing VIP Support. Proficiency with Windows/Linux/MacOS environments. Familiarity with network security practices antivirus programs and office automation products. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and deliver clear concise technical instructions. Excellent problem-solving communication and multitasking skills. Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into practical technical solutions. Experience working within Agile environments and ITIL-based service frameworks. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy and basic networking (DNS DHCP VPN). Familiarity with MDM tools and asset management systems. Understanding of endpoint security and data protection practices.
