Job Summary
Exciting opportunity for an experienced housekeeper with a passion for their role and travel to work for a successful kind European family.
Looking for VIP- experienced fluent English speaking Housekeeper for UHNW family. EU passport required.
Must have considerable housework and cleaning experience working for VIP family high standards used to a security conscious environment.
This role requires a high-level housekeeper-cleaner who is comfortable working independently across a variety of physical tasks executing tasks directly.
Hands-on domestic work (meal preparation deep cleaning)
The role requires high energy and physical stamina for long shifts.
The housekeeper will be assisted by a current staff member. The new housekeeper is expected to be the more senior and experienced and must be able to manage the other staff member (sensitively as she has been there longer).
The family will provide the work permit for Bahamas.
What were looking for:
We need someone who is:
Energetic enthusiastic and self-directed
Comfortable with hands-on domestic tasks (laundry ironing mopping dusting meal preparation)
Happy to spend time with children when needed but focused primarily on household management
Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and locations
Able to work independently without constant supervision
A confident person self assured.
Professional staff are treated well with respect and care but must remember that although working within the family they are not part of the family and it is important that this is remembered.
Uniform is not required but staff are expected to dress demurely (shorts and strappy dresses during time off only)
o Accompany the family on international trips (half year in Bahamas half year in Europe) The job starts in Europe (Switz.) in April.
o Ensure the familys routines education and well-being are maintained up to standard in every circumstance
o Assist in coordinating travel logistics including packing and organizing school-related items and family luggage according to instructions and family preferences.
Discretion & Confidentiality:
Ensure absolute professionalism and discretion in all aspects of the role both at home and when traveling in social context or public events.
Salary depends on your skills qualifications and experience. Approx 5000 net p/m which equates to approx 8000 gross per month (GBP 4400 net p/m). Family pays for flights insurance country club membership Bonus.
Requirements
Fluent English speaking housekeeper
EU passport
superior attention to detail
work together with the more junior housekeeper to provide complete cover for the family
Previous experience working for VIP family
Confident about travelling enjoy flying and packing / unpacking.
Enjoys working overseas
Organised PA skills
Up to date criminal background check
Recent Paediatric First Aid certificate
Valid passport for international travel
Good references for recent VIP housekeeper work and jobs that have each lasted a good length of time.

Must be tidy and clean and happy to keep home environment and your own private accommodation tidy and clean
Discreet and professional
Excellent references will need to be checked.
Please note this is a strictly Non smoking position.
